T h e f o l l o w i n g a m e n d m e n t s a r e i s s u e d t o t h e H o m e D e p a r t m e n t N o t i f i c a t i o n No.II(2)/HO/800(d)/2018, published in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary dated the 6th September 2018, namely:-

In the said Notifi cation,-
(1) for the expression "W.P.(Civil)No.669/2016" occurring in two places, the expression "W.P.(Civil) No.699/2016" shall be substituted;
(2) In paragraph 4, for the expression "a Special Court at Chennai" the expression "a Special Court in the cadre of Sessions Judge at Chennai" shall be substituted.
