In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995, the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in its resolution item No.85/18 in Rc.No.14049/12/B6/Chennai dated 28-08-2018 has ordered to take over the Management of CHOTA NAKSHA CHARITIES, Royapettah, Chennai District under the control of Tamil Nadu Wakf Board for a period of one year from 28-08-2018 to 27-08-2019 and to appoint the Superintendent of Wakfs, Chennai as its Executive Officer.
