Variations to the Consented Master Plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O. 2D No.101, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 05-07-18 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following variation to the Consented Master Plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.54, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated 11-01-1991 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 521, dated 13th May 1992.

VARIATIONS

In the said Consented Tuticorin Town Master Plan in the Annexure-III Land use schedule heading Controlled Industrial Use Zone (IC) Zoning IC 4, Ward-C, Block-32, T.S.No. 2 replaced as 2pt (expect 2/1).

In the Land Use Zone 1(b) Mixed residential use zone. Coloumn 3, MR 9 newly Inserted Ward-C, Block-32, T.S.No.2/1 shall be inserted in between the Block 31 and 33.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Salem Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972). and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD 4(1)] Department, dated: 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Salem Local Planning Area approved under the said Act, and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/HOU/233/2005 on Page 168 of Part II — Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th April 2005.

VARIATIONS

In the said Master Plan in the "ANNEXURE – 'E'" under the heading USE ZONES – SALEM LOCAL PLANNING AREA under the heading "TOWN PANCHAYATS"- OMALUR TALUK, "KARUPPUR TOWN PANCHAYAT – V. No. 63, KARUPPUR.

1. (i) After the Sub heading CONTROLLED INDUSTRIAL USE, the sub-heading GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE' shall be added. Under this sub heading the expression GI-1 S.F. No. 88/1B–shall be added.

(ii) Under the sub-heading "COMMERCIAL USE" under the entries C-52 for the expression "88, except 88/1B shall be substituted.

2. Under the heading 'OMALUR TALUK', OMALUR PANCHAYAT UNION, V. NO. 65, ANAIKAVUNDANPATTI, (i) After the sub-heading 'COMMERCIAL USE" the sub-heading "GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE" shall be added.

Under this sub-heading the expression.

GI-1 S.F. No. 22/2B2–shall be added.

(ii) Under the sub-heading "COMMERCIAL USE" under the entries C-52 for the expression 22p except 22/2B2 shall be substituted.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.

VARIATIONS

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub-heading (a) Non-notifi ed Detailed Development Plan Area in Kuppepalayam Village.

(i) Against the entry "MISSED IN APPROVED MASTER PLAN SCHEDULE" for the expression "530, 535, 536" the following entry "530, 535, 536 (Except 530/2, 535/3, 536/4B) shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry "SPECIAL HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL" for the expression "530/2, 535/3, 536/4B" shall be added.

(i) Against the entry "Agricultural (AG-54)" for the expression "140 to 147" the EXPRESSION "140 to 146'' 147 (Except 147/3B,3D).

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL (MR-34)" - 147/3B,3D shall be added after the entry (130).

JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS

Constitution of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court at Thiruppuvanam in Sivagangai District.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fi xes Thiruppuvanam in Sivagangai District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, shall be held.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Sivagangai District, the District Munsif Court, Manamadurai, shall cease to have local Jurisdiction over the entire Thiruppuvanam Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Thiruppuvanam with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam assumes charge of that Court.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifi es that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam in Sivagangai District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam assumes charge of that Court.

In exercise of the power conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees fi ve thousand only) with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, assumes charge of that Court.
