In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Waqf Act 1995, as amended by Act 27/2013, the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in its resolution in item No.78/18 in Rc.No.12358/09/B8/MDU, dated : 27-08-2018 has ordered to take over the PULIYANKULAM KHANMIAN AVULIYAKKAL DHARGAH WAQF, PULIYANKULAM, MADURAI DISTRICT under the direct Management of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board for a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of publication and to appoint the SUPERINTENDENT OF WAQFS, MADURAI as its Executive Officer.
