Winding up of the affairs of certain Co-operative Societies in Salem District and

Appointment of Official Liquidator

S. 1709 P. Mannarpalayam Labour Contract Co-operative Society Ltd., Salem District.

Under the powers conferred on the Deputy Registrar of Co-operatives under section 137(2)(b)-of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983) the activities of the P. Mannarpalayam Labour contract Co-operative Society Ltd., S. 1709 Salem District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Salem Circle, Salem vide Proc.No. 3727/2012/ PACCS Date 24-05-2013.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, Co-operative Sub Registrar/Offi cial Liquidator, Offi ce of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Salem Circle, Salem has been appointed as Offi cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation.

S. 1294 Sri Rajendra Akilandeshwari Mills Employees Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Salem District.

Under the powers conferred on the Deputy Registrar of Co-operatives under section 137(2)(b)-of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983) the activities of the Sri Rajendra Akilandeshwari Mills Employees Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., S. 1294-Salem District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Salem Circle, Salem vide Proc.No. 3710/2013/NAVA Dated: 24-05-2013.

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, Co-operative Sub Registrar/Offi cial Liquidator, Offi ce of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Salem Circle, Salem has been appointed as offi cial Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II — Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/ Housing / 4377 /94 at page 1078 of Part II — Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (a) Notifi ed Detailed Development Plan Area in Idikarai Detailed Development Plan No.1 in Idikarai Village.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURAL" for the expression "783 to 790" the following entry "783", (Except 783/1B2B, 2A2, 2B2), 784 to 790 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry " INDUSTRIAL" for the expression 783/1B2B, 2A2, 2B2 shall be added. After the entry "780 part".
