Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Madurai Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development UD4(1) Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No. 27, Part—II, Section-2, page No. 228 dated 15-07-2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department II(2) 404/645/95 at Page No. 190 and 191 of Part—II, Section—2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 02-02-1995.

2. In the said Master Plan in Part-II "Land Use Schedule" under Eliyarpathi Village of Thirupparankundram Taluk, Village Number and Name, 31 Eliyarpathi Village under the heading I(b) Mixed Residential use zone into heading IV Educational use zone.

3. Against the entry I(b) Mixed Residential use zone, S.Nos. 54, (i.e., 54/3A2, 3C and 3D) shall be deleted.

4. Against the entry IV Educational use zone S.Nos. 54 (i.e., 54/3A2, 3C and 3D) shall be substituted.

Variations to the Consented Master Plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their Lr.No.808T/UD4(1)/2018, Housing and Urban Development Department, dated 11-05-18 referred Ms. TNSCZMA & Director, Dept. of Environment, Chennai Lr. R.C.No. P1/130/2017, dated 30-01-17 the property site at R.S.No. 316/1J of Mallakadu Village, Thoothukudi referred above is falling out side CRZ area and hence the developments in the above said area does not attract the provisions of CRZ Notifi cation 2011 has been permitted change of land use of certain Survey Numbers making the following variation to the consented Master Plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.71, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(2)) Department, dated 10-02-2000 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No. 35, Part VI—Section 1 page No. 383, Notifi cations No. VI(1)/487/2000, dated 6th September 2000.

In the said Consented Tuticorin Master Plan in the Annexure-IV Land Use Schedule Sl.No. 17, Village No. 20, Korampallam Village under the heading (COASTAL) REGULARISATION USE ZONE) Survey No. 316 replaced by 316pt (Except 316/1J).

In the Land use Schedule Sl.No. 17, Village No. 29, Mullakadu Village, Newly Inserted III(b) General Industrial use zone under the above Heading Survey Nos. 316/1J shall be inserted in between S.No. 271,-445.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into Educational use Zone Order is G.O. (2D) No.88, Housing and Urban Development Department [UD 4(1)] Department, dated 06-06-2018. the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Tindivanam Local Planning Authority/Municipality approved under the said Act of G.O. Ms. No. 445, Housing and Urban Development (UD.4) Department, dated 07-04-1995 and published in Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/HOU/4376/1994 Part II—Section 2, Page Nos. 599 and 600 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 26-07-1995.

In the said Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey nos. of Tindivanam Local Planning Area under sub-heading annexure VI Agriculture use zone the following entries should be made.

I. Against the entry Agricultural use Zone (AG9) SF. Nos. Old Survey Numbers. 31/1, 31/2, 31/3, 37 and 40 of Gidangal Village, (New Town Survey, Ward F, Block No. 19 Town Survey Numbers. 14/1C1, 14/2B1, 14/3A, 34 & 35) an extent of 3.75.83 hectares shall be substituted.

II. Against the entry IVE4 Educational use Zone the expression Old Survey Numbers. 31, 37 and 40 of Gidangal Village, Old Survey Numbers. 31/1, 31/2, 31/3, 37 and 40 (New Town Survey, Ward F, Block No. 19 Town Survey Numbers. 14/1C1, 14/2B1, 14/3A, 34 & 35) to an extent of 3.75.83 hectares shall be added in after E4 in Gidangal Village.
