In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 13th day of November, 2018, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
