sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

NOTICE

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial Purpose to wit for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by District Collector, Villupuram the following notice is issued under U n d e r s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f S e c t i o n 3 o f t h e Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring 0.12.0 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose, to wit for the formation of New Broad Gauge Railway Line between Tindivanam and Thiruvannamalai.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Collector's Offi ce, Villupuram and in the Offi ce of the Sub-Collector, Tindivanam, Villupuram District and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

Villupuram District, Tindivanam Taluk, 99, Pelakuppam Village.

Extent of land under acquisition : 0.12.0 hectares
