CONSTITUTION OF SEARCH COMMITTEE FOR CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF LOKAYUKTA UNDER THE TAMIL NADU LOKAYUKTA ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 2018), the Selection Committee hereby constitutes a Search Committee for the purpose of submitting the names for consideration for the positions of Chairperson and Members of Lokayukta. The composition of Search Committee is as follows:—
Hon'ble Thiru. Justice K. Venkataraman (Retd.) - Chairperson
Thiru. R. Krishnamoorthy, - Member Former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu
Thiru. A. Pari, I.P.S., (Retd.) - Member
2. The terms and conditions of the Search Committee shall be regulated by the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Rules, 2018.
