Under sub-section 2 of Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby speciﬁ es the per-child-expenditure incurred on education by the State of Tamil Nadu for the year 2017-2018 for Classes from LKG to V as stated below for the purpose of reimbursement to private schools:-
