In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Chennai Uniﬁ ed Metropolitan Transport Authority Act, 2010 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 2010), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 16th day of January 2019, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
