ACQUISITION OF LANDS

having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

No. II(2)/HWMP/57(e)/2019.
The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose for Construction of Flyover at Salem District, Salem West Taluk, Alagapuram Village Ward "D" Block 42-43, from Five Roads to New Bus Stand and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department, Salem District after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 552.5 Sq.mts of Natham lands in Salem West Taluk, Alagapuram Village in Salem District to the same, a little more or less needed for Construction of Flyover at Salem District, Salem West Taluk, Alagapuram Village from Five Roads to New Bus Stand.
The plan of the lands is kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Salem and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
