In exercise of powers conferred in Rule 36 in Part-II / Rule 106 in Part-VII of Tamil Nadu cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957, it hereby grants this certificate that there is "No Objection" from police point of view is issued to TvI. suresh Ravindran & T.R. jayanandan, Old No. 18, New No. 39, Nungambakkam high Road, chennai-34 for the construction of a permanent multiplex Theatre containing 10 screens with Restaurant at survey No. 3/488 B1A and 3/700, No. 17, East coast Road, Uthandi Village, sholinganallur (TK), Kancheepuram District situated comes under the licencing authority of commissioner of Police, Greater chennai Police.
The "No Objection Certificate" is valid for a period of five years as per G.O. Ms No. 324 Home (Cinema-I) Department, dated 16-04-2002 in the case of permanent cinema, from the date of this order. If the proposed cinema theatre is not constructed within this period, the applicant should apply for a fresh "No Objection Certificate".
The No Objection Certificate is also subject to the following special condition:-
"The applicant should get NOC from Traffic point of view for the proposed restaurant after completion of
the seating arrangements".
