1994-ம் வருடத்திய தமிழ்நாடு ஊராட்சிகள் சட்டப்பிரிவு 125(2)-ன் கீழ் தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் 1960-ம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 12ம் நாளிட்ட உள்ளாட்சித்துறை அரசு ஆணை 70-ன்படி தனக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்ட அதிகாரத்தின்படி கடலூர் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித் தலைவர் அவர்கள் இந்த விளம்பரம் பிரசுரம் செய்யப்பட்ட நாளிலிருந்தும், அதற்கு பிறகும் கீழ்க்கண்ட அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்ட நிலத்திதை/நிலங்களை 1994-ம் வருடத்திய XXI-வது தமிழ்நாடு ஊராட்சி சட்டத்தின்படி ஊராட்சியின் கட்டுப்பாட்டிலிருந்து நீக்கப்படுகிறது என்று அறிவிக்கிறார்.

In exercise of the powers delegated to the Collectors in G.O.Ms.No.70, Local Administration, dated 12th January 1960 the Collector of Cuddalore District as per Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 (T.N.
