CONSTITUTION OF TAMIL NADU REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY AND APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF TAMIL NADU REAL ESTATE AUTHORITY UNDER THE ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 read with Section 22 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act 16 of 2016), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby establishes the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority and appoints Thiru. K. Gnanadesikan, I.A.S., as the Chairperson and Thiru S. Manohar, Engineer in Chief, Buildings, Public Works Department and Thiru. V. Jeyakumar, Advocate, S/o. S. Veeranan, Madurai-20 as Members of the said Authority.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 46 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act 16 of 2016), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby appoints Thiru N. Balasubramanian, District Judge (Retired) as Judicial Member and Selvi. Leena Nair, I.A.S. (Retired) as Administrative Member of Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal.
