Notifications under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987
Amendments to the Schedule
[G.O. Ms. No. 11, Agriculture [AM2(1)], 11th January 2019, மார்கழி 27, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No. II(1)/AG/1/2019.—
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 65 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Schedule of the said Act.
Amendments
In the said Schedule, in column (2),-
(1) against the entry "Ill. Oil Seeds", in column (1), the existing item "5. coconut in all forms except Tender coconut" shall be omitted.
(2) against the entry "XV. Miscellaneous", in column (1) after the item 4. Silk cotton in all forms, the following item shall be added, namely:-
"5. coconut in all forms except Tender coconut".

1987-ஆம் வருடத்திய தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண் விளைபொருள் வாணிப (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) பிரிவு 65-ல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்படி சட்டத்தின் அட்டவணைக்கு பின்வரும் திருத்தங்களை வெளியிடுகிறார்:-
திருத்தங்கள்
மேற்குறித்த அட்டவணையில், கலம் (2)-ல்,
(1) கலம் 1-ல் உள்ள "III. எண்ணெய் வித்துக்கள்" என்ற பதிவுக்கெதிரே, தற்போதுள்ள "5. இளநீர் நீங்கலான தேங்காய் அனைத்து வகை" என்ற இனம் நீக்கம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.
(1) கலம் 1-ல் உள்ள "XV. பல்வகை" என்ற பதிவுக்கெதிரே, 4. அனைத்து வகை இலவம் பஞ்சு என்ற இனத்திற்கு பின்னர், பின்வரும் இனம் சேர்க்கப்படுகிறது:-
"5. இளநீர் நீங்கலான தேங்காய் அனைத்து வகை".
