In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-2 here by confi rms the following variation. to the conversion of "Agricultural use into Educational use, Kottaipalli Agraharam Village - Ward-1, Block-56, TS.Nos; 2032 to 2041, 2042pt, 2043pt, 2044 to 2047, 2048pt, 2049pt, Block No.61, TS.Nos.2372/1,2, 2373, 2374/1,2 2375, 2376, 2385, 2386/2, 2388, 2389, 2390, 2391, 2393 - Extent 34,450 sqm, condition Road widening portion of E2E2 50'0" DD plan road and FF 40' Road fall with the premises of Mata Ameertanmandamayi School should be gifted and handed over to the Local Body. Thanjavur Municipal Corporation, Thanjavur Taluk and Thanjavur District" to the approved Thanjavur Detailed Development Plan No.10 of Thanjavur Local Planning Area, approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 1107/1998 DP3, dated 16-06-1998 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12, published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.46, Part-VI—Section-l, Page No.1792 & 1793, dated 02-12-1998 Publication No. VI(1)/1966/1998 and the said draft notifi cation published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.16, Part-Vl—Section-1, Page No.128, dated 18-04-2018. Publication No. VI(1)/137/2018.

2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notifi cation within the stipulated time, the same are here by confi rmed and ordered as below.
