Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Salem Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972). and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [(UD 4(1)] Department, dated: 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated: 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Salem Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/Hou/233/2005 on Page 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 13th April 2005.

In the said Master Plan. In the "ANNEXURE - E" under heading USE ZONES - SALEM LOCAL PLANNING AREA" under the heading SALEM DISTRICT, VALAPADY TALUK, AYYOTHIYAPATTAM PANCHAYAT UNION, V.No. 162, MINNAMPALLI VILLAGE.

(1) Under the New – heading "RESIDENTIAL USE" under the New entries PR-8 the expression S.F.No. 77/1B shall be added.

(2) Under the sub-heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" under the entries "A.G - 32" for the expression 77 to 83, the expression 77(1B) except 78 to 83 shall be replaced.

In the said Master Plan. In the "ANNEXURE - E" under heading USE ZONES - SALEM LOCAL PLANNING AREA" under the heading SALEM CORPORATION - V.No. 51, KUMARASAMYPATTY VILLAGE.

(1) Under the New - heading "RESIDENTIAL USE" under the New entries MR-3 the expression S.F.No. 192/1, shall be added.

(2) Under the sub-heading "AGRICULTURAL USE" under the entries "A.G - 2" for the expression 192 to 200, the expression 192(192/1) except 193 to 200, shall be replaced.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Padmanabapuram Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of the Power conferred under Section 28 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confi rmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development Department [(UD4(1)] dated. 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page 220 dated15-07-2009.

2. Land Use Zone conversion from Agriculture use zone into educational use zone ordered in G.O. 2D (2), Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 08-01-2019, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Padmanabapuram Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.332 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated 19-01-94, Notifi cation No.9 at Page No.80 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 09-03-1994.

In the Padmanabapuram Master Plan the entry in page 51 (i.e.) Agricultural Use Zone AG12 shall be substituted as AG12, D/2, TS.No.15 to 18, 19 except TS.No.19/2 and the entry in educational use in page No.47 the following shall be added as E4-D/2, TS.No.19/2.
