In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. (Act No.35 of 1972), the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc. No.7549/2018/DP2, dated 27-02-2019 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Conversion of Commercial use into Residential use zone-Thimmarayasamuthram Village-(Old) ward-3, T.S.No.2426/1pt, (New) ward-C, Block-48, T.S.No.12426/8- Extent 1321.60 sqm - condition: Road widening portion of "D2D2: 60'0" DD plan road fall with the premises of applicant should be gifted and handed over to the local body. Thiruchirapalli Corporation, Thiruchirapalli Taluk and District to the Review approved Bye-Pass Road Detailed Development Plan No.IV Thiruchirapalli Local Planning Area approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning's Proceedings Roc. No.33005/2000/ DP3, dated: 16-04-2014 and the fact of this approval in Form No.14, Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.21 Part VI—Section 1 Page No.182 and 183, dated 02-06-2014 Publication No. VI(1)262/2004.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member- Secretary, Thiruchirapalli Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Office.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Edappadi in Salem District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Edappadi, shall be held.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifies that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Edappadi in Salem District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Edappadi assumes charge of that Court.

(2D) No.157, housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 30-11-2018 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following variation to the consented Master plan for the Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.71, housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated 10-02-2000 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.35, Part-VI—Section 1 page No.383, Notifications No.VI(1)/487/2000, dated 6th September 2000.
