HIGHwAYS & MINOR PORTS (HQ1) DEPARTMENT sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Acquisition of Lands

(G.O. (2D) No.19, Highways & Minor Ports, 26th February 2019, மாசி 14, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] No.II(2)/HwMP/241/2019.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for the formation of Approach Road for construction of Under Level Bridge in lieu of Lc No. 439 of Railway KM 587/6-7 Paruvakudi–Kovilpatti– Ettayapuram–Vilathikulam-Vembar Road (SH-44) Bridge situated in Kovilpatti Town of Kovilpatti Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation is to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (NABARD and Rural Roads), Highways Department, Tirunelveli, the following notice is issued under

NOTIcE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 0.07.70 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of Approach Road for construction of Under Level Bridge in lieu of Lc No. 439 of Railway KM 587/6-7 Paruvakudi-Kovilpatti-Ettayapuram-Vilathikulam- Vembur Road (SH-44) Bridge situated in Kovilpatti Town of Kovilpatti Taluk in the District of Thoothukudi.

The Plan of the lands is kept in the office of the District collector, Thoothukudi and Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and may be inspected at any time during the office hours.

Ms. No. 39, Highways and Minor Ports (HP2), 9th March 2019, மாசி 25, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] No.II(2)/HwMP/242/2019.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for formation of ring road to Mannargudi Town in 93, Nalamsethi Village, Mannargudi Taluk, Tiruvarur District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (construction and Maintenance) Highways Department, Tiruvarur after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTIcE

Under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 0.84.80 Hectares of Dry lands and 3.61.17 Hectares of wet land in 93, Nalamsethi Village, Mannargudi Taluk, Tiruvarur District to the same, a little more or less required to wit for forming Ring Road to town.

Nagar, 4th Street, Pulianthope, chennai-12, as Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting cases registered under Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at the District and Sessions court, chennai District, under Section 14 of the said Act, on tenure basis for a period of three years from the date of taking charge of his appointment, subject to observance of existing terms and conditions of appointment.

5. The following are the terms and conditions for the appointment of the above Law Officer:-

(i) The Law Officer shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of taking charge of his appointment.

(ii) The appointment shall be terminated by the Government at any time before the expiry of the term of three years by giving one month notice in writing or by giving one month retainer fee in lieu of one month notice.

அனைத்து தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் cOLA என்ற பெயரில் தற்போது வழங்கப்பட்டு வரும் ரூ.590/- முதல் ரூ.1,778/- வரையிலான ஏற்றத்தாழ்வான தொகையை ரத்து செய்து மாறுகின்ற பஞ்சப்படியாக மாற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும் நுகர்வோர் விலைவாசி குறியீட்டின் அடிப்படையில் தொழிலக தொழிலாளர்கள் அடிப்படை ஆண்டு 2001-ஐ அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு முதல் 100 புள்ளிகளுக்கு மேல் உயர்ந்து வரும் ஒவ்வொரு புள்ளிக்கும் ரூ.25/- என நிர்ணயம் செய்து மாறுகின்ற பஞ்சப்படியாக மாதந்தோறும் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கைகள் நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.

தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2ஏ) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு, திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தை கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
