No. 1842 (Under Liquidation) in the fi nal closure proposal dated 18-2-2019 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the Registration of the Thiruvannamalai District Small Scale Sheet Metal Fabricators Service Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND. No. 1842, (Under Liquidation) has been ordered to be cancelled and the affairs have been fi nally closed with effect from 8-3-2019 vide the Proceedings No.LF.1002/ICA/1999, dated 8-3-2019 of the Principal Secretary/Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai-32".

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY days from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Madurai Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fi xes Kalasapakkam in Tiruvannamalai District as the place at which the District Munsif- cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Kalasapakkam, shall be held.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Tiruvannamalai District, the District Munsif Court, Polur, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Kalasapakkam Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Kalasapakkam shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Kalasapakkam with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam assumes charge of that Court.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifi es that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam in Tiruvannamalai District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with eff ect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam assumes charge of that Court.

In exercise of the power conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif-curn-judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam, shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees fi ve thousand only) with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam, assumes charge of that Court.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) Department, dated 12th June 2009, which has published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (Issue No. 27) Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15th July 2009, of the following variations are made to the Chithode New Town Development Plan approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No. II(2)/HOU/1204/99, Page No. 516 Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 27th October 1999.

In the said New Town Development Plan in "Annexure-C" under the heading "Land use of Chithode New Town Development Plan" in the Tabular Column.

(i) In "Annexure-X" under the heading "VI Agricultural use Zone" against the entry "A-8, 62, Mettunasuvampalayam Village", for the expression 22 to 24, the expression 22, 23 (except 23/1A, 2A and 2B2), 24 shall be substituted.

2. In "Annexure-V" under the heading "B Mixed Residential use Zone" against Serial number 8 after the entry MR-8, 62, Mettunasuvampalayam after the expression 48, the expression 23/1A, 2A and 2B2 shall be added.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub-heading (b) Non-Notifi ed Detailed Development Plan Area in Coimbatore North Taluk, Bilichi Village.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURE (AG-4) for the expression "251 to 256" shall be deleted and the expression "251 to 254, 255, 256" (Except 255/2, 256/3B) shall be added.

(ii) Against the entry "EDUCATIONAL (E-2)" the expression 255/2, 256/3B shall be added before the entry 504 to 506.
