APPOINTMENT AS THE PRESIDING OFFIcER OF THE TRIBUNAL cONSTITUTED UNDER THE INDIAN cRIMINAL LAw AMENDMENT AcT

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16-B of the Indian criminal Law Amendment Act, 1908 (central Act XIV of 1908) as amended by the Indian criminal Law Amendment (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 42 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Thiru Justice D.Krishnakumar, Judge, Madras High Court at Chennai, as the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal constituted for the purpose of section 16-A of the said Act.
