The Schedule.
1. The fund shall be called ''The Shri N.K. Narayanasamy Pancharathinam charitable Endowment Fund'' at Government Arts college, Melur, Madurai District.
2. The fund shall be administered by the Endowment Vesting of Properties and Scheme for Administration relating to ''The Shri N.K. Narayanasamy Pancharathinam Charitable Endowment fund'' tenable in Government Arts College Melur, Madurai District under the Charitable Endowments Act.

2018, மார்கழி 6, விளம்பி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2049.] No.II(2)/HE/317/2019.—In the matter of the charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (central Act VI of 1890) and in the name of ''The Shri N.K. Narayanasamy Pancharathinam charitable Endowment Fund'' (hereafter referred to as ''the said Endowment'') tenable in Government Arts college, Melur, Madurai District-625 106.
I. VESTING OF PROPERTIES.
3. From and out of the annual interest accruing on the said fund, the prize shall be given to the top ranker of B.A. English Literature course among the current batch students. who completed the course at Government Arts college, Melur. Madurai district.
4. If more than one student secures the same marks, the prize shall be equally distributed among them.
5. The mode by which the interest amount shall be given to the student may be specified by the administration.
6. The unutilized amount of the interest may be added to the corpus of the said fund.
7. The decision of the administrator will be final, in all matters relating to the administration of the said fund.
8. The amount of the said fund shall be vested and reinvested in Government securities.

wHEREAS, an application has been made to the Government of Tamil Nadu under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (central Act VI of 1890) by Prof. N. Asokarajan, residing at No. 2A1, c.M.S. Nagar, cumbum, Theni District-625 516, the donor of the said Endowment for vesting the property specified in the Schedule below, in the Treasurer of charitable Endowments, chennai, appointed under Section 3 of the said Act for the State of Tamil Nadu, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in exercise of the Powers conferred by Section 4 of the said Act, hereby orders that the said property be vested in the Treasurer aforesaid, and be held by him and his successors in office, subject to the provisions of the said Act and the Rules, which from time to time, may be or shall be made or deemed to have been made thereunder and subject to the conditions setforth in the Scheme settled under Section 5 of the said Act, for the administration of the said Endowment.

The Property.
Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) II. ScHEME FOR ADMINISTRATION.
wHEREAS, an application has been made to the Government of Tamil Nadu under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (central Act VI of 1890) by Prof. N. Asokarajan, residing at No. 2A1, c.M.S. Nagar, cumbum, Theni District- 625 516, the donor of the said Endowment specified above, for settling a scheme for administration of the said Endowment, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the charitable Endowments Act, 1890 (central Act VI of 1890), hereby settles the Scheme setforth in the schedule below for the Administration of the Said Endowment and appoints the Endowment committee, Government Arts college Melur, Madurai-625 106 to administer the property. The Scheme shall come into operation from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

No.II(2)/LE/318/2019.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்டம், ஆலத்தூர் சிட்கோ இண்டஸ்ட்ரியல் எஸ்டேட்டில் இயங்கி வரும் ஆர்கிட் கெமிக்கல்ஸ் & பார்மாசூட்டிகல்ஸ் லிமிடெட் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், ஆர்கிட் கெமிக்கல்ஸ் & பார்மாசூட்டிக்கல்ஸ் எம்ப்ளாயீஸ் யூனியன் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு, சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு, சென்னை, தொழிற்தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
ஆர்கிட் கெமிக்கல்ஸ் & பார்மாசூட்டிகல்ஸ் லிமிடெட் என்ற நிறுவனத்தில் பணிபுரியும் சுமார் 750 ஊழியர்களுக்கு 2014-2015-ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கு தலா 20% போனஸ் தொகை மற்றும் ரூ.50,000/- கருணைத்தொகையும் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆமெனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.
