The affairs of the K.1229 Avinashi Powerloom Weavers Co-operative Society Ltd., Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur District is ordered to be wound up under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 30 of 1983 and the Handloom Officer (Statutory) of the Office of the Assistant Director of Handloom and Textiles, Tirupur is appointed as its Official Liquidator under Section 138 of the Same Act with effect from 22-03-2019.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the coimbatore Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at Page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA ( OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in Madukkarai Taluk, Thambagoundanpalayam Village.

(i) Against the entry "AGRIcULTURAL (AG -41)" for the expression "72 to 78" instead of the expression "72 to 73, 74" [Except 74/1A1B, 1A2B] and "75 to 78" shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry cOMMERcIAL : 74/1A1B, 1A2B shall be added.

காலம் கடந்த வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் அழித்தல் பற்றிய அறிவிப்பு. இதனால் சகலமானவர்களுக்கு தெரிவிப்பது என்னவென்றால் இந்நீதிமன்றத்தில் கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு முடிவடைந்த வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் காப்பாற்றி வைக்கப்படவேண்டிய காலம் கடந்து விட்டமையால் அவை அழிக்கத்தக்கவையாக ஆகிவிட்டது. எனவே கீழ்க்கண்ட வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு நாளிதழில் இந்த அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட பிறகு மேற்படி தேதியிலிருந்து ஒரு மாதம் கடந்த பின் அழிக்கப்படும். கீழ்க்கண்ட வழக்கு கோப்புகளில் தாக்கல் செய்த அல்லது எந்த ஒரு பிரதியின் நகல்கள் தேவைப்படுகின்றவர்கள் இந்த அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட ஒரு மாதத்திற்குள் இந்த அலுவலகத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்து பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டியது. தவறினால் அழிக்கப்படும் என்பதை இதனால் அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.
