Variation to the Approved Kailasanathar Koil Area Extension Detailed Development Plan of Kancheepuram Local

Planning Area/Greater Municipality.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Act No. 35 of 1972), the commissioner of Town and country Planning in the Proceedings Roc. No. 536/2019/DP1, dated.12-04-2019 proposes to make the individual draft variation "conversion of controlled Industrial use into Residential use in T.s.Nos. 2373/17A1, 22; 2374/1, 2A, 2Bpt and Deletion of 18M wide D1D1 proposed scheme road part ward-3, Block-48, Extent-10722.82s q.m. to the Approved Kailasanathar Koil Area Extension in Detailed Development Plan of Kancheepuram Local Planning Area / Greater Municipality" approved by the Director of Town and country Planning proceeding in Roc. No. 12895/2002/DP1, dated: 07-06-2007 and the fact of this approval published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.43, Part VI—section-1, Page.406, dated:07-11-2007 Publication No.VI(1)/652/2007.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member secretary, Kancheepuram Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority.

Variation

1. wherever the expression Map No.4 & 5, DDP(ch-R)/DTcP No.23/2007 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTcP No.5/2019 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the variation, the details specified in DD Plan schedules-III (part-I), IV, V & IX shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.

3. The draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued under section 33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/ Housing / 4377 /94 at Page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND UsE schEDULE" under the heading "cOIMBATORE LOcAL PLANNING AREA (COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub heading (b) Non-Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in Thenkarai Village.

(i) Against the entry "AGRIcULTURAL (AG-24)" for the expression "86 to 112" shall be deleted and the expression May 1, 2019] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 145 "86 to 110", 111 (Except 111/2A, 3A)" 112 (Except 1B1, 2A) shall be added and for the expression "143 to 145" shall be deleted and the expression "143, 144 (except 144/2A), 145 shall be added.

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL for the expression 111/2A, 3A, 112/1B1, 2A, 144/2A shall be added before the entry 149.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. Ms.No.94, housing and Urban Development (UD IV-I) Department, dated 12th june 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Issue No. 27, Part - II—section - 2, Page No. 228 dated 15th july 2009, the following variations to the New Town Development Plan of the hosur New Town Development Area consented under this said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.12 at Page No.159, 160 of Part VI—Section-1, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 26th March 2003.

Variations

In the said hosur New Town Development plan under the heading "General Industrial use Zone" in Eluvapalli Village in Expression of s.F.No. 128/1B with an extent of 2.58 Acres (1.04.50 hectares) shall be added.

Under the heading "Agricultural use Zone" in Eluvapalli Village in Expression of s.F.No. 128/1B with an extent of 2.58 Acres (1.04.50 hectares) shall be deleted.

Variations

In the said hosur New Town Development Plan under the heading "General Industrial Use Zone" in Achettipalli Village in expression of s.F.No.448/2A3A with an extent of 0.47 Acres (0.19.0 hectare) shall be added.

Under the heading "Agricultural use Zone" in Achettipalli Village in expression of s.F.No.448/2A3A with an extent of 0.47 Acres (0.19.0 hectare) shall be deleted.

In the said hosur New Town Development plan under the heading "Residential use Zone" in Bagalur Village in Expression of s.F.Nos. 272/1B, 274/1, 274/2B, 274/2c, 274/2A1, 275/1c1A2 with an extent of 8.26 Acres (3.34.49 hectares) shall be Added.

Under the heading "Agricultural use Zone" in Bagalur Village in Expression of s.F.Nos. 272/1B, 274/1, 274/2B, 274/2c, 274/2A1, 275/1c1A2 with an extent of 8.26 Acres (3.34.49 hectares) shall be deleted.
