In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Act No.35 of 1972). The commissioner of Town and country Planning in the Proceedings Roc. No.2445/2019/DP1, dated 24-04-2019 proposes to make the individual draft variation "conversion of controlled Industrial use into Residential use in T.s. Nos. 2343, 2344, 2345 - ward-3, Block-31, Extent-1.23Acres in the Approved Kailasanathar Koil Area Extension in Detailed Development Plan of Kancheepuram Local Planning Area / Greater Municipality" approved by the Director of Town and country Planning proceeding in Roc. No.12895/2002/DP1, Dated: 07-06-2007 and the fact of this approval Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 43, Part-VI—section-1, page. 406, Dated 07-11-2007, Publication No.VI(1)/652/2007.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member secretary, Kancheepuram Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating thereto.

9. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority

Variation

1. wherever the expression Map No.4 & 5, DDP(ch-R)/DTcP No.23/2007 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTcP No.6/2019 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the variation, the details specified in DD Plan schedules-Ill (part-I), IV, V & IX shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.

3. The draft variation made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued u/s 33(2) of the Act in TNGG.

Variations to the Approved Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act No.35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, housing and Urban Development Department [UD 4 (1)], dated 12-6-2009, which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-7-2009. The following variations are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms.No. 143, housing and Urban Development Department, dated 11-8-2009 and published in the housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II (2)/Housing/453/2009 at page No. 319 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 2nd september 2009.

Variations

In the said Master Plan in the 'Land use schedule' under the heading Tiruchirappalli corporation, "Kottapattu Village''.

(i) Against the entry The expression commercial use s.F. No. 90/1B,2A2, 4A2 shall be added in between 87 part and 298 part.

(ii) Against the entry The expression Mixed Residential use s.F. Nos. 88 to 93 shall be deleted and 88, 89, 90 part (except 90/1B, 2A2, 4A2), 91 to 93 shall be added.

காலம் கடந்த வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் அழித்தல் பற்றிய அறிவிப்பு. இதனால் சகலமானவர்களுக்கு தெரிவிப்பது என்னவென்றால் இந்நீதிமன்றத்தில் கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு முடிவடைந்த வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் காப்பாற்றி வைக்கப்படவேண்டிய காலம் கடந்து விட்டமையால் அவை அழிக்கத்தக்கவையாக ஆகிவிட்டது. எனவே கீழ்க்கண்ட வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு நாளிதழில் இந்த அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட பிறகு மேற்படி தேதியிலிருந்து ஒரு மாதம் கடந்த பின் அழிக்கப்ப- -டும். கீழ்க்கண்ட வழக்கு கோப்புகளில் தாக்கல் செய்த அல்லது எந்த ஒரு பிரதியின் நகல்கள் தேவைப்படுகின்றவர்கள் இந்த அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட ஒரு மாதத்திற்குள் இந்த அலுவலகத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்து பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டியது. தவறினால் அழிக்கப்படும் என்பதை இதனால் அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.
