In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (4) of Section 83 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), read with clause (b) of rule 3 of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal (Conditions of Service and Procedure) Rules, 2016, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Tmt. M. Lilly, District Reveune Officer/ Formerly General Manager, Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation Limited (SIDCO), Chennai as a Member of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal.
