(Act No.35 of 1972) the commissioner of Town and country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc.No.9267/2019/ TcP 3, Dated.04-06-2019 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Deletion of Part of c1c1 and C4C4 40'-0" Road in S.F.No:259/1 in Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore District to the Approved Ganapathy Detailed Development Plan No.7 of coimbatore Local Planning Area approved vide Director of Town and Country Planning's proceedings Roc No.53246/93/DP3, Dated: 03-02-1994 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7 Part-VI, section-1, Page No.217, Dated. 22-02-95, Publication No.VI(1)/260/95.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within Sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member- secretary, coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Office.

1. wherever the expression "Map No.4 DDP (cNR)/DTcP No:09/94, occurs the expression DDP (V)/DTcP No.08/2019 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In Schedule III Part-I (Form No:5) against C1 C1 Road in column 3, the figure "1120'0" "shall be deleted and the figure "920'0" "shall be substituted at that same place.

3. In Schedule -Ill, Part II (Form No:5) against C4C4 Road in Column 4 the figure "2840' " shall be deleted and the figure "2539' " shall be substituted at that same place.

4. In Schedule IV (Form No:7) in Sl.No.4 in column 4 the figure "1.05.270" shall be deleted and the figure "0.86.90" shall be substituted at that same place.

Variations to the Review consented Master Plan for the Thiruvarur Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town & country Planning Act, 1971. (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and also in exercise of powers conferred by G.O.Ms.No.94, housing and Urban Development [(UD(4)(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—section-2, in page No.228 dated 15-07-2009, the following variations are made to the Review consented Master Plan for Thiruvarur Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.133 dated 21-04-2005 in the housing and Urban Development Department.

In addition to that the Government issued revised order vide G.O.(2D) No. 39, housing and Urban Development [(UD(4)(1)] dated. 28-02-2019. So the following revised notification are made.

In the said Master Plan in the land use schedules under the heading 'Thiruvarur Master Plan-Zoning schedules, under the heading.

1. In Primary Residential Use Zone, in sub-heading PR-11, Thiruvarur Local Planning Area, Village No.104, Vandampalai Village, s.F.No.33/1A, 1B1,1B2 & 33/3 shall be deleted in s.F.No.33Pt.

2. In the heading Village.No.104, Vandampalai Village, 33/1A,1B1,1B2 & 33/3 shall be inserted as M.R.(Mixed Residential) after PR 13.

subject to the condition, that the road on the western side should be widened to 9m width and it should continue upto Northern boundary of so as to provide access to adjacent land.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971. (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 part II-section 2, page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page No. 1078 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND UsE schEDULE" under the heading "cOIMBATORE LOcAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in coimbatore corporation, Kuniyamuthur DD Plan No.1.

(i) Against the entry " REsIDENTIAL" for the expression "43 to 56" the expression 43 (Except 43/1b, 1c2) and "44 to 56" shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry " cOMMERcIAL " for the expression 43/1B, 1c2 shall be added.
