Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011.
[G.O. Ms. No. 87, Labour and Employment (M1),18th June 2019, ஆனி 3, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு----2050.] No. SRO A-21/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 53 of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 (Central Act 1 of 2010) the Governor of Tamil Nadu after consultation with the Central Government, hereby make the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011, the Draft of the same have been Previously published as required under sub-section (4) of the said Section 53 of the said Act.
Amendments.
In the said Rules,-
(1) for SCHEDULE - IV, the following SCHEDULE shall be substituted, namely:-

(II) Repairer
Rs.1500/- per year
(III) Dealer
Rs.500/- per year
(2) Alteration of License: Rs.100/-
(3) Issue of duplicate license: Rs.50/-.".
