The Government have considered the recommendation of the High Court, Madras to depute the Judicial Officers of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service, as mentioned at column No.(2) below, to the Puducherry Judicial Service and post them as mentioned against their names in column No.(3) below:

In the reference second cited, Thiru C. Thangiah, District Revenue Officer / Chief Administrative Officer, Market Management committee, (Sathankadu Iron and Steel), Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority, Chennai has requested to change his name as Thiru "NCE. Thangaiah Pandian" instead of Thiru C. Thangiah. In this regard, he has submitted the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.22, Part VI-Section 4 dated:29-05-2019 and Tamil Nadu G o v e r n m e n t G a z e t t e N o . 2 3 , P a r t V I - S e c t i o n 4 , dated:05-06-2019.
2. The Government have carefully examined the request of the officer and decided to accept the same.
