In the said Master Plan in the land use Schedules under the heading "Agricultural Wet" Zoning No. AGW-4 1. ward-1, block-92, T.S.No.3321 to 3360 shall be deleted and the following Shall be added "Ward-1, Block-92, T.S.No.3321 To 3326, 3327pt (Except 3327/1A), 3328 To 3360".

2. Under the heading " Industrial Use Zone" the following shall be added after IC-8, "III-(C) General Industrial Use Zone" IG1- Ward-1, Block-92, T.S.No.3327/1A (Extent 3.19 Acre)

Conditions:-

1. Low tension line, Hightension line crossing the site should be removed.

2. sinces the channel exists in East and Northern side of site, the building should be proposed 15m away from the above channel.

3. The Industrial waste water from the proposed industry should not be contaminated in the channel for the proposed Construction.

4. The Tamil Nadu Pollution control board No objection certifi cate should be obtained.
