ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department, dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, (Issue No.27) Part II-section 2, Page No.228, dated 15th July 2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Udhagamandalam Local Planning Area approved under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.50, housing and Urban Development Department, dated:25-02-2011 and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/hOU/142/2011 at page 140 of Part II-section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 23rd March 2011).
Variations
In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND UsE schEDULE" under the heading "UDhAGAMANDALAM LOcAL PLANNING AREA" "Udhagamandalam Taluk", under the sub-heading "ward-D, Block-4, T.s.No. 24".
(i) Against the entry "wooded Area: (wA4) the expression:T.s.No.24/1B, 1c" (except T.s.No.24) shall be deleted.
(ii) Against the entry "Multi Use Zone" (MUZ6), the expression "T.s.No.24/1B, 1c" shall be inserted.

constitution of a District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate court at Uthukuli in Tiruppur District.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby fixes Uthukuli in Tiruppur District as the place at which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate court, Uthukuli, shall be located.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) the high court, Madras, hereby directs that in Tiruppur District, the District Munsif court, Avinashi, shall cease to have local jurisdiction over the entire Uthukuli Taluk and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate court, Uthukuli shall have and exercise local jurisdiction over the entire Taluk of Uthukuli with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli, assumes charge of that court.

The High Court, Madras hereby directs and notifies that the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli in Tiruppur District shall exercise all the powers conferred on a District Munsif under section 12 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) as amended up-to-date in regard to original suits and proceedings not otherwise exempted from his cognizance of which the amount or value of the subject matter does not exceed One Lakh Rupees within the local limits of his jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli assumes charge of that court.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Tamil Nadu civil courts Act, 1873 (central Act III of 1873) the high court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif-cum- Judicial Magistrate, Uthukuli, shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a court of small causes under the Provincial small cause courts Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable by a court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with effect from the date on which the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate court, Uthukuli, assumes charge of that court.

constitution of a fast Track court - V at Magisterial Level for Trial of cases under 138 Negotiable Instrument
Act at Saidapet, chennai

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 16 of the c ode of criminal Procedure, 1973, (Central Act 2 of 1974), and in modification of the notification (s) dated, 28-04-2017 on the subject, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, chennai, hereby authorizes the Fast Track court - V at Magisterial Level for trial of cases under Negotiable Instrument Act at saidapet in chennai, which is constituted as per G.O. (Ms) No.202, home (courts-II) Department, dated 10-03-2017, to exercise the jurisdiction over the local limits over which, the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track court - V, saidapet was hitherto exercising jurisdiction in respect of criminal cases arising under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, (26 of 1881) and all other Metropolitan Magistrates exercising jurisdiction within the said local limits shall cease to have jurisdiction to deal with cases arising under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act with effect from the date of Constitution of Fast Track Court-V at Magisterial Level for trial of cases under section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act at saidapet.
