தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு மாதம் ஒருமுறை 2 கிலோ ஹார்லிக்ஸ், இரவு ஷிப்டில், குட்டே பிஸ்கட் 100 கிராம் மற்றும் தினமும் நொறுக்குத்தீனி 100 கிராம் வழங்கக் கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.

கோரிக்கை எண் 12 இரவு ஷிப்ட் படி
5 ஆண்டு பணி முடித்த தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு ரூ.500/-, அதற்கும் கூடுதலாக பணி செய்த தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு ஒவ்வொரு கூடுதல் ஆண்டு பணிக்கும் ரூ.50/- வீதம் பணி மூப்பு படியாக அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.
கோரிக்கை எண் 4 வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வு
தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு 01-04-2016 மற்றும் 01-04-2017
இரவு ஷிப்ட்டில் பணி செய்யும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு இரவு ஷிப்ட் ஊக்கத் தொகையாக ரூ. 250/-வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.
நிலையில் வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வாக முறையே ரூ.1000/- மற்றும் ரூ. 2000/- வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.
கோரிக்கை எண் 5 வீட்டு வாடகைப்படி
