No.I/PUSP/14/2019.—The following Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Justice, Jaisalmer House, 26, Man Singh Road, New Delhi-110 011, dated 22nd August, 2019 is republished:—

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Smt. Justice S. Ramathilagam (ii) Smt. Justice R. Tharani, (iii) Justice P. Rajamanickam, (iv) Smt. Justice T. Krishnavalli, (v) Shri Justice R. Pongiappan, and (vi) Smt. Justice R. Hemalatha, Additional Judges of the Madras High Court, to be Judges of the Madras High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

The Government of Tamil Nadu have agreed for the deputation of Dr. N. Rajakumar, IRS, Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu with this State Government for a period of three years with effect from the date of his reporting for duty in the Government of Tamil Nadu.
2. Dr. N. Rajakumar, IRS, (Civil Code:09120), Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu on deputation to the Government of Tamil Nadu is posted to act as Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Services Tax Cell Office of Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Chennai.
3. During the period of his deputation, he is allowed to draw his pay in his time scale of pay, allowances and entitlements as applicable to him in his parent cadre and other perquisites as eligible to the post to which he is posted.
