Notifications under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987.
(Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989).
[G.O. Ms. No. 170, Agriculture [AM2(1)], 26th August 2019, ஆவணி 9, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] No. II(1)/AG/14/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 read with Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention that the marketing of the Agricultural produce, namely, maize in all forms, Cholam (Jowar) in all forms, Ragi in all forms and Cumbu (Bajra) in all forms shall cease to be regulated in the notified market areas of the following Market Committees, namely:-
1. Kancheepuram;
2. Vellore;
3. Thiruvannamalai;
4. Cuddalore;
5. Villupuram;
6. Salem;
7. Namakkal;
8. Dharmapuri;
9. Coimbatore;
10. Erode;
11. Tirupppur;
12. Trichy;
13. Thanjavur;
14. Pudukkottai;
15. Madurai;
16. Theni;
17. Dindigul;
18. Tiruvarur;
19. Nagapattinam; and
20. Perambalur.
2. Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the Government of Tamil Nadu within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette will be considered by the Government. 3. Objection or suggestion, if any, should be addressed to the Agricultural Production Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009, through the Commissioner of Agricultural Marketing and Agriculture Business, Thiru. Vi.Ka. Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600 032.

1987-ஆம் வருடத்திய தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண் விளைபொருள் வாணிப (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) பிரிவு 3 உடன் படிக்கப்பட்ட மேற்படி சட்டத்தின் பிரிவு 9-இன் உட்பிரிவு 1-இன் கூறு (d)-இல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைச் செலுத்தி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் பின்வரும் விற்பனைக் குழுக்களின் அறிவிக்கையிடப்பட்ட அங்காடிப் பகுதிகளில் இருந்து எல்லா வடிவங்களிலுள்ள மக்காச்சோளம், எல்லா வடிவங்களிலுமுள்ள சோளம் (ஜோவார்) எல்லா வடிவங்களிலுமுள்ள ராகி மற்றும் எல்லா வடிவங்களிலுமுள்ள கம்பு (பஜ்ரா) ஆகிய வேளாண் விளைபொருட்களின் விற்பனையை முறைப்படுத்துதலை நிறுத்தம் செய்யக் கருதியிருப்பதை இதனால் அறிவிக்கிறார்:-

3. திருவண்ணாமலை;
4. கடலூர்;
5. விழுப்புரம்;
6. சேலம்;
7. நாமக்கல்;
8. தர்மபுரி;

2. இந்த அறிவிக்கை, தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாளிலிருந்து ஒரு திங்கள் கால அளவிற்குள், இது தொடர்பாக தமிழ்நாடு அரசுக்கு வரப்பெறும் மறுப்புரைகளை அல்லது கருத்துரைகளை தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பரிசீலிக்கும்.
3. கருத்துரைகள் அல்லது மறுப்புரைகள் ஏதேனுமிருப்பின், அவற்றை ஆணையர், வேளாண்மை விற்பனை மற்றும் வேளாண் வணிகத் துறை, சிப்பெட் ரோடு, கிண்டி, சென்னை-600 032 மூலமாக வேளாண்மை உற்பத்தி ஆணையர் மற்றும் அரசு முதன்மைச் செயலாளர், வேளாண்மைத் துறை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை-600 009 என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பிவைக்க வேண்டும்.
