under sub-section 2 of section 12 of the right of children to Free and compulsory education act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifies the per - child - expenditure incurred on education by the state of tamil Nadu for the year 2018-2019 for classes from LKG to Viii as stated below for the purpose of reimbursement to private schools:-
