(Liquidated), Rajapalayam, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District. which was ordered to be wound up under Section 85(2)(a) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 53 of 1961 was fi nally closed and the registration of the above Society is hereby cancelled under Section 140 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 30 of 1983.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. (Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc.No. 10483/2019/TCP3, dated 06-09-2019 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Deletion of Part of B1B1 60'-0" Road in S.F.No. 178/2Bpt & 2C2 and conversion into Industrial use in Saravanampatti Village, Coimbatore Corporation, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District to the Approved Saravanampatti Detailed Development Plan No. 07 of Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning proceedings Roc. No. 25869/2009/DP2, dated: 27-06-2012 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No. 41 Part VI—Section 1, Page No. 295, dated 17-10-12, Publication No.VI(1)/305/2012.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY days from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

1. Wherever the expression "Map No. 4 & 5, DDP(CNR)/DTCP No. 06/2012 occurs the expression DDP(V)DTCP No. 11/2019 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In schedule III/Part I (Form No. 5) against the B1B1 Road in Column 2 i.e. comprising in S.F.No. 178/2Bpt, 178/2Cpt shall be deleted.

3. In schedule III/Part I (Form No. 5) against the B1B1 Road in Column 4 the fi gure 2035' shall be deleted and the fi gure 1276' shall be substituted at that same place.

4. In schedule V (Form No. 6) against the B1B1 Road in Column 2 in S.F.No. 178/2Bpt, 178/2Cpt all the column and all the entries shall be deleted.

5. In schedule IX (Form No. 7) against the Sl.No.2 in Column 4 the fi gure 6.69.01 shall be deleted and the fi gure 7.09.82 Hec. shall be substituted at that same place.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai - 2 hereby confi rms the following variation to the Conversion of Public purpose use and Residential use into Commercial use in S.F. No. 33/3pt, 4, 5pt, 6pt, 7pt Extent: 3418 sqm - Periyasemur Village Zone-II, Erode Corporation, Erode Taluk and District, Erode Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc.
