In exercise of the powers conferred on it by sub-section (1) of section 87 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (central Act No.36 of 2003) and as per Regulation (7) of the TNERc state Advisory committee Regulations, 2004 the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory commission hereby re-nominates the following persons as Members of the state Advisory Committee with effect from the dates indicated.
