"Under the powers conferred to the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(2) (b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the affairs of Mohamed Ameen Auto Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND.No. 27/MDS/2011, have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Principal Secretary/Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce and the Registrar of Industrial co-operatives, chennai vide Proc. No.4260/ICF/2015 dated 10-09-2019 and Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Deputy Director (Indl Co-ops), Chennai, has also been appointed as Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation."

Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (IndI.Co-ops), TAICO Bank, Chennai has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said society for the purpose of liquidation".

ANDANKOVIL WEST VILLAGE (i) Under the sub-heading "Use Zone" against the entry 'Agriculture", under the sub-heading "S.f.Nos.", after the expression 170 to 172, the following shall be added. 174 to 178.

INAM KARUR VILLAGE (i) Under the sub-heading "Use Zone" against the entry 'Agriculture", under the sub-heading "S.f.Nos.", after the expression 72 to 86, the following shall be added. 90 to 92.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II-Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009. The following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Salem Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Notification No. II(2)/Housing/233/2005 on Page 168 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 13th April 2005.

In the said Master Plan. In the "ANNEXURE - E" under heading USE ZONES - SALEM LOcAL PLANNING AREA" under the heading SALEM DISTRIcT, OMALUR TALUK, THARAMANGALAM TOWN PANcHAYAT/VILLAGE, V.No.76.

(i) Under the sub-heading "RESIDENTIAL USE" under the New Entries MR-53 the expression S.F.No.103/1A1 shall be added.

(ii) Under the sub-heading "AGRIcULTURAL USE" under the entries "A.G - 46" for the expression 103P, the expression (103/1A1) except shall be replaced.

(i) Against the entry "Residential" for the expression "231/1B" shall be added after the entry 174 என்று உள்ளதை இவ்வாறு படிக்க வேண்டும்.

Against the entry "Residential" for the expression "231/2B" shall be added after the entry 174.
