In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 12 (1) and (3) of the Bharathiar University Act, 1981, (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1982), the Hon'ble Governor-chancellor hereby appoints Prof. P.Kaliraj, No.29, 1st Avenue, Shastri Nagar, Adyar, chennai – 600 020 as Vice-chancellor of Bharathiar University, coimbatore for a period of three years with effect from the date of his assuming office.
