NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

EXEMPTION A NEW INVESTMENT PROJECT NAMELY M/S. WONDERLA HOLIDAYS LIMITED FROM THE LIABILITY OF ENTERTAINMENT TAX PAYABLE FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD UNDER THE ACT. [G.O. Ms. No. 133, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Elec.), 21st October 2019, ஐப்பசி 4, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Local Authorities Entertainments Tax Act, 2017 (Tamil Nadu Act 20 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts a new investment project, namely, M/s. Wonderla Holidays Limited from the liability of entertainment tax payable under the said Act for a period of ﬁ ve years from the 1st November 2019 to the 31st October 2024.
