Changes in the Registers and Certificates of Registrations and Subsequent
Publications in Electoral Rolls.

in exercise of the powers conferred under section 19 of the tamil Nadu homoeopathy system of Medicine and practitioners of homoeopathy Act, 1971 and delegation of powers of the council in sections 15,19,21 and rule 14 to the enquiry committee held on 21-2-2019 in Agenda No. 4, the enquiry committee notify in pursuance of the minutes drawn in the meetings held on 30-4-2018 in Agenda No. 2 and 15th July 2019 in Agenda No. 2 and on 6th september 2019 in Agenda No. 3 that the following registration Numbers registered under section 15(i)(b) (ii)of the tamil Nadu homoeopathy system of Medicine and Practitioners of homoeopathy Act, 1971 published in the issue No 21-A , supplement to Part VI—Section 1 dated May 31, 1978 found Fraudulently impersonated. The changes in the Registers and Certificates of registrations and subsequent publications in electoral rolls in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette are cancelled and the action taken by the Registrar is approval and ratified.
