NOTIFICATION UNDER THE MANOEUVRES, FIELD FIRING AND ARTILLERY PRACTICE ACT. DEFINING OF CERTAIN AREA IN TIRUCHIRAPPALLI DISTRICT AND AUTHORISATION OF CARRYING OUT PERIODICAL FIELD FIRING AND ARTILLERY PRACTICE UNDER THE ACT

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Central Act V of 1938), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby authorizes the carrying out of the fi eld fi ring practices, subject to the terms and conditions specifi ed in the Government Order read above throughout the whole or any part of the area specifi ed in columns (1) and (2) of the Schedule below during the period specifi ed in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof :-
