Under sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby nominates the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency to act as an agency for procuring the following services and consultancies on behalf of the Government Departments, Agencies, Statutory Bodies, State Public Sector undertakings and State Autonomous Bodies upon payment of a fee :-
(i) Software development and Implementation or System integration.
(ii) Software maintenance and Support.
(iii) Software testing.
(iv) Information Technology security audit services.
(v) Data services (processing, migration).
(vi) Skilled Information Technology manpower deployment.
(vii) Online exam service.
(viii) Help desk for information technology services.
(ix) Information Technology infra services onsite or offsite (excluding hardware procurement).
