Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Thanjavur Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972 and also in exercise of powers conferred by Government order Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development [UD(4)1] Department dated 12-06-2009 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27, Part-II—Section 2, in Page No:228 dated 15-07-2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Thanjavur Local Planning Area Approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation at page No:879 of Part VI—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette date 11th October 1995.

In the said Master Plan in the land use Schedules under the heading Thanjavur Master Plan –zoning schedules, under the heading

(1) Agricultural Wet: Under the heading AGW-5,149,Kadakadappai village, S.F.No. 96 to 108 shall be deleted; and the following "S.F.No shall be added: S.F.No.96 to 99, 100pt (Except 100/1),101 to 108"

(2) I(b) Mixed Residential use zone, under the heading MR-12, after 151, Kandithampattu village, the following shall be added "149 Kadakadappai village.S.F.No. 100/1" (extent 3.75 Acres)

(3) Condition:

No objection certifi cate should be obtained from PWD, water resources organisation.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009. which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, page No.228 dated 15.07.2009. The following variations made to the Modifi ed Review Approved Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Area approved under the said Act, in G.O.Ms.No.237 H&UD [UD4(2)] dated 01-11-2010 and published with the Housing and Urban Development Notifi cation No.ll(2)/HOU/700/2010 and published in Part II—Sec 2, Page No.815 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 24th November 2011.

In the said Modified Review Approved Master Plan in the LAND USE SCHEDULE, under the h e a d i n g K A R U R L O C A L P L A N N I N G A R E A - P R O P O S E D L A N D U S E a n d u n d e r t h e e x p r e s s i o n KATHAPPARAI VILLAGE

(i) Under the subheading "Use Zone" against the entry 'Agriculture", under the subheading "S.F.Nos.", after the expression 127 TO 132, the following shall be added. 134 to 142/1A, 2A, 3, 4, 5.

(ii) Under the sub heading "Use Zone" against the entry "General Industrial use zone" the S.F.Nos.142/1B & 2B shall be substituted. (Extent 0.83 Acres)

Conditions

1. The Existing buildings in the proposed site should satisfy Development control regulation.

2. The existing Industry should satisfy the environmental conditions.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1971) and in exercise of powers conferred by the Government Order Ms.No:94 Housing and Urban Development (UD IV-I) Department Dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Gazette, Issue No:27, Part-II—Section 2, page No.228 dated 15th July 2009, the following variations are made to the New Town Development plan approved under this said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/2861/84 at page No.449 of part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 23rd May 1984.

In the said Hosur New Town Development plan under the heading "General Industrial use Zone" in Hosur Village in Expression of S.F.No: 930/1C, 942/1 with an extent of 1.62 Acres (or) 0.65.50 Hectares shall be added.

Under the heading "Residential use Zone" in Hosur Village in Expression of S.F.No: 930/1C, 942/1 with an extent of 1.62 Acres (or) 0.65.50 Hectares shall be deleted.

2. Land use zone conversion - from Agricultural use zone into Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.114, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 08-07-2019. the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O. Ms. No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20-06-2013, Notifi cation No.28, at page No.481 of part—II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village Page No.119 & 120 the following entries should be made 1. Thaiyur Village against the entry 1. Mixed Residential Use Zone, the following Survey Number shall be added. S.Nos. 1462/1,2,3,4,5,6,7; 1463/1,2A, 1464/1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10A1, 10A2, 10B1A, 10B2; 1465/1,2,3,4A & 4B - after the S.No: 1442 (Except: 1462pt, 1463pt, 1464pt & 1465pt)

Against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone the following survey numbers. shall be substituted S.Nos. 1462/1,2,3,4,5,6,7; 1463/1,2A, 1464/1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10A1, 10A2, 10B1A,10B2; 1465/1,2,3,4A& 4B - instead of survey Numbers 1462pt (except: 1462/1,2,3,4,5,6,7), 1463pt (except: 1463/1,2A), 1464pt (except: 1464/1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10A1,10A2, 10B1A, 10B2), 1465pt.
