Plan Proposed Road in S.F.No. 316 part, 319/2B part, 331 part, 332/1 part, 2part (ward C, Block 18, T.S.No. 5/10; 6/2, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16) - 3.33 Acres in Periyakuppam Village, Tiruvallur Municipality, Tiruvallur Taluk and District Special Condition Technical Concurrence should be issued by the, Assistant Director, Tiruvallur Region by Confi rming the Construction of small culvert in S.No. 319/1 between the Existing Road and Proposed site as per the letter No. 569/2019 TVR2 Dated, 29-07-2019 and as per the conditions laid down in the Chief Engineer, PWD, GWD, Chennai letter Roc.No.வபி/டி53/கோ-பாலம்-Periyakuppam/2016 Dated, 21-03-2017 to the Comprehensive confi rmed Gandhipuram Detailed Development Plan No. 3, Tiruvallur Local Planning Area approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning's proceedings Roc.No: 14236/03 DP1 Dated, 23-03-2007 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 19 Part VI—Section 1 page No. 219 and 220 dated, 16-05-2007 publication No. VI (1)/299/2007.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Municipal Commissioner, Tiruvallur Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

1. Wherever the expression "MAP No.5, DDP(V)/DTCP No: 13/2003 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No. 13/2019 Shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in serial No. 2 comprising of S.F. No.316 part, 332/1 pt, 2pt shall be deleted.

3. In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in serial No. 2 in column No. 4 the fi gure 4.46 shall be deleted and the fi gure 2.52 shall be substituted at that same place.

4. In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in serial No. 4 comprising S.F.No. 319/2B part, 331 part shall be deleted.

5. In schedule IX (Form No.7) the against in Serial No. 4 in column 4 the fi gure 17.16 shall be deleted and the fi gure 15.77 shall be substituted at that same place.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O.2D No.78, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department, dated 29-05-2019 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following variation to the consented Master Plan for the Tirunelveli Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O.Ms.No.224, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department dated 13-10-2010 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.45 part VI—Section 1 Page No.346 dated 17th November 2010.

In the Land use Schedule SI.No.11 Village No.37, Mela Tiruvenkadanathapuram Village, Newly Inserted IV Educational use Zone under the above Heading survey No.170 shall be added.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) Government in the Order G.O.(2D) No.134, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department, dated 21-08-2019 has permitted to change of land of use of a survey numbers making the following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and Published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated 07-06-2000, at Page No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 7th June 2000.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" of VILLAGE NUMBER : 203 OLD GUMMIDIPOONDI under the heading:

I. RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE:

I (a). PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE: Survey Numbers, instead of the expression "489'' the expression except ''489/1A2B'' shall be substituted and after the expression ''505/except 1'' the expression ''505/2A2, 2B2 & 2C2'' shall be added.

Under the heading VIII - ROAD & RAILWAYLINES USE ZONE: Survey Numbers (RAILWAY LINES) - Instead of the expression "504B'', the expression except ''504B/2A2, 2B2, 3A1, 3A2, 3A4, 3A5, 3B'' shall be substituted.

In the said Master Plan, in the ''LAND USE SCHEDULE'' of VILLAGE NUMBER : 203 OLD GUMMIDIPOONDI, New heading ''INSTITUTIONAL USE ZONE'' is introduced as SI.No.IX and following expression added:

''Survey Numbers 489/1A2B, 504B/2A2, 2B2, 3A1, 3A2, 3A4, 3A5, 3B, 505/2A2, 2B2 and 2C2''.
