Amendment to Notification under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

[G.O. Ms. No. 42, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 4th November 2019, ஐப்பசி 18, விகாரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2050.] No. II(1)/HOPE/21/2019.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Prohibition and Excise Department Notification No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, dated the 1st May 1981, published at page 2 of Part II-Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, as subsequently amended, namely:-

Amendment.

In the said Notification, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading ''PREMIUM BRANDS'', under the sub-heading ''Thiruvalargal Golden Vats Private Limited'', after the entry ''Saint Louis French Brandy'', the entries ''Golden XO No.1 Premium Brandy,'' ''Niagara Lemon Super Premium Rum'' and ''Black & Gold Premium French Brandy VSOP'' shall be added.
