RESERVATION OF OFFICES OF THE CHAIRMEN OF DISTRICT PANCHAYAT AND PANCHAYAT UNION AND PRESIDENT OF VILLAGE PANCHAYAT AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATIONS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PANCHAYATS ACT, 1994.

Under section 57 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Notification No.II (2)/ RDPR/640(a-1)/2016 published at pages 1 to 3 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 16th September 2016:—
Amendments
In the said Notification, in the Table, Sl. Nos. 5, 10, 24 and 25 in column (1) and their corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) thereof, shall be omitted.

Under section 57 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Notification No.II (2)/ RDPR/640(a-2)/2016 published at pages 4 to 9 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 16th September 2016:—
II-2 Ex. (454)2 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY Amendments
In the said Notification, in the Table,—
(1) the heading "Kancheepuram" including Sl. Nos. 1 to 13 in column (1) and the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) thereof, shall be omitted;
(2) the heading "Villupuram" including Sl. Nos. 1 to 22 in column (1) and the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) thereof, shall be omitted;
(3) the heading "Vellore" including Sl. Nos. 1 to 20 in column (1) and the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) thereof, shall be omitted; and
(4) the heading "Tirunelveli" including Sl. Nos. 1 to 19 in column (1) and the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) thereof, shall be omitted.

Under section 57 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Notification No.II (2)/ RDPR/640(a-3)/2016 published at pages 10 to 178 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 16th September 2016:—
Amendments
In the said Notification, in the Table,—
(1) the heading "Kancheepuram District" and all the entries thereunder at pages 10 to 17, shall be omitted;
(2) the heading "Villupuram District" and all the entries thereunder at pages 34 to 46, shall be omitted;
(3) the heading "Vellore District" and all the entries thereunder at pages 47 to 55, shall be omitted; and (4) the heading "Tirunelveli District" and all the entries thereunder at pages 166 to 171, shall be omitted.

Under section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Notification No.II (2)/ RDPR/341(h-1)/2019 published at pages 1 to 250 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 20th May 2019:—
Amendments
In the said Notification,—
(1) the heading "Kancheepuram District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns, at pages 1 to 13, shall be omitted;
(2) the heading "Villupuram District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns, at pages 37 to 57, shall be omitted;
(3) the heading "Vellore District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns,at pages 58 to 71, shall be omitted; and
(4) the heading "Tirunelveli District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns, at pages 231 to 239, shall be omitted.

Under section 20 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Notification No.II (2)/ RDPR/341(h-2)/2019 published at pages 251 to 512 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 20th May 2019:—
Amendments
In the said Notification,—
(1) the heading "Kancheepuram District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns, at pages 251 to 262 shall be omitted;
(2) the heading "Villupuram District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns, at pages 286 to 305 shall be omitted;
(3) the heading "Vellore District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns, at pages 306 to 320 shall be omitted; and
(4) the heading "Tirunelveli District" and the entries thereunder including those in the tabular columns, at pages 491 to 500 shall be omitted.
