Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12th June 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, page No.228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notiﬁ cation No. II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA under the sub-heading Non Notiﬁ ed Detailed Development Plan Area Kuniyamuthur Detailed Development Plan No.7.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURAL" for the expression, "629 to 640" the expression 629, 630 (Expect 630/1B1A) and 631 to 640 shall be substituted,

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL" for the expression 630/1B1A shall be added.

2) Against the entry for the expression next to Industrial Use, under Educational use zone (Institutional) 41/2B, 166/1B1B, 1B2B shall be added before 178.

TAMIL NADU MEDICAL COUNCIL, CHENNAI.

Decision of Special Business Meeting held on 27th August, 2019.

The Tamil Nadu Medical Council at its Special Business Meeting held on 27th August, 2019 has passed the following Resolution among others.

II. Any other matters

Penalty for not registering with Tamil Nadu Medical Council in respect of faculties working in Corporate

Hospitals/Teaching Hospitals and Candidates of other states pursuing PG degrees in Tamil Nadu/Pondicherry -

imposed - Regarding.

1.1. Brief

Candidates from other states who are pursuing post graduate and DNB courses in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry have to register themselves in Tamil Nadu Medical Council within 3 months of Admission. Similarly faculties from other States working in Medical Colleges, Corporate Hospitals and CRRI approved Institutions in Tamil Nadu have to register in Tamil Nadu Medical Council prior to commencing their work in the above mentioned places. Unfortunately the post graduate students and faculties from other states fail to register in Tamil Nadu Medical Council inspite of many instructions in this regard.

1.2. Hence, the above matter was brought to the notice of the Tamil Nadu Medical Council during the Special business Meeting held on 27th August, 2019.

1.3 The Tamil Nadu Medical Council considered the issue and discussed the matter in detail and subsequently resolved that,

" ---- (i) to impose a penalty Clause that Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) would be levied as ﬁ ne to the candidates of other states, who are studying PG courses in Tamil Nadu/Pondicherry, if not registered within the prescribed time (3 months).

(ii) The penalty for such candidates for Registering at the end of the course would be Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only).

(iii) The penalty for faculties from other states working in Medical Colleges and other corporate hospitals who fail to register prior to commencing their work would be Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only)

1.4. All the Universities / Corporate Hospitals are requested to take note of this notiﬁ cation and inform all those Other state post Graduate Students, studying in their Universities and other state Faculties working in the Corporate Hospitals and Medical Colleges.
