In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act No.35 of 1972), the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings ROC No. 16465/2019/TCP3, dated, 26-11-2019. proposes to make the following individual draft variation for "Conversion of Agricultural use into Residential use in S.F.No.317/1Apt (317/1A1, 1A2, 1A3) Extent: 3.80 Acre - Avinashi Village, Avinashi Special Grade Town Panchayat, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District to the approved Avinashi Detailed Development Plan No.10, Avinashi Local Planning Area approved by the Commissioner of Town and Country Planning's Proceedings Roc. No.32832/2001 DP2, dated: 06-07-2015 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.3, Part Vl—Sec-1 Page No.09, dated: 27-10.2015 Publication No.03 ..

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary/Executive Offi cer Avinashi Local Planning Authority special Grade Town Panchayat any objections and suggestions relating there to.

4. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

1. Wherever the expression "Map No.4&5, DDP/CR/DTCP No.04/2015 occurs the expression DDP(V)/DTCP No.17/2019 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In Schedule-I, (Form No.4) against the S.F.No.317/1APt (317/1A1, 1A2, 1A3) in Column 5, well, House, Agriculture shall be deleted

3. In Schedule-I (Form No: 4) against the column No: 3 the fi gure 02-09-050, shall be deleted and the fi gure 0.56.00 shall be substituted at the same place.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-section(74) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 ( Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No:94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:27, Part II—Section 2, page No:228, dated : 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the modifi ed master plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No:II(2)/HOU/611/2001, at page No:308 of Part-II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th August 2001.

In the said modifi ed Master Plan in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading V.No: 34, "SINDALAGUNDU EAST VILLAGE "

(1) Against the entry for the expression 'Industrial' (General) use the comprising SF No: 664 to 666 shall be changed as 664 to 666 ( except 665/5,6,7).

(2) Against the entry for the expression to Agriculture use the comprising SF No: 658, 687 to 695, shall be changed as 658 (except 658/1A,658/1B,658/1C,658/1D) and 687 to 695 (except 689/1A1, 689/1B).

(3) Against the entry for the expression under Educational Use Zone (Institutional) 658/1A,1B,1C,1D, 665/5,6,7, 689/1A1, 689/1B Shall be added.
